Andrzej Dopierała

President of the Management Board

Since 2017, the Vice President of the Management Board of Asseco Poland. He is responsible for the International Organizations and Security Sector Solutions Division.

He graduated from the Warsaw University of Technology, Faculty of Electrical Engineering, where he earned a master’s degree in electrical engineering in 1988. He began his career in the United States as a service engineer and as a service director for Hogan Technical Services, an industrial electronics repair and maintenance company. From 1989 to 1991, he worked for a Canadian company that designs, manufactures and sells electronic equipment for the mining industry. From 1992 to 1993, he worked for Bull Poland and Digital Equipment Polska. From 1994 to 2006, he worked at HP Poland, serving successively as: the Director of Marketing and Partner Channels, the Director of the Computer Products Division and the President of the Management Board. In 2006, he assumed the position of the Chairman of the Management Board of Oracle Polska. From 2006 to 2007, he was the Director of Oracle Fusion Middleware in Central Europe. From 2013 to 2016, he served as the Vice President of the Management Board of Asseco Poland responsible for the Infrastructure Division, Data Processing Center and ICT Department.

Since 2016, he has been the Chairman of the Management Board of Asseco Data Systems, a company formed by consolidating six Polish companies from the Asseco Group and the Infrastructure Division from Asseco Poland. He is the Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Pirios and National Defense Systems, and Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Asseco Cloud.

Cybersecurity Officer at ComCERT
Experienced cybersecurity expert with a strong background in securing IT infrastructure for the public sector and leading nationwide digital transformation initiatives. At ComCERT, he is responsible for the design and implementation of advanced cybersecurity solutions, including the planning and operational deployment of Security Operations Centers (SOC) for both public and private sector organizations.

At ComCERT, he has led key projects such as the implementation of an outsourced SOC service for one of Poland’s national banks, as well as cybersecurity initiatives for entities in the Polish defense sector. These projects have included the development of operational capabilities and the delivery of tailored services for incident response and threat monitoring in high-security environments.

Prior to joining ComCERT, Mariusz held several strategic positions at the Polish Ministry of the Interior and Administration, where he headed the IT Infrastructure Security Department and served as the Minister’s Plenipotentiary for Cybersecurity. He also managed Poland’s national e-ID initiative – one of the country’s flagship digital public service programs – which introduced a modern electronic identity card with a secure chip for online identity verification, access to e-government services, and electronic signature functionality.

From 2019, he served as Director of the Ministry’s Document Personalization Center, where he oversaw the secure document issuance infrastructure and managed EU co-funded cybersecurity projects. Between 2020 and 2024, he was a Management Board Member (CIO) at the Polish Security Printing Works (PWPW), where he was responsible for the company’s IT infrastructure, software development projects, internal cybersecurity (including an in-house SOC), IT operations, and secure document production. In this role, he also oversaw the nationwide infrastructure for issuing driving licenses across Poland, including the operation and development of the national WAN network.

Supervisory Board

Marek Panek – Chairman of the Supervisory Board

Vice President of the Management Board at Asseco Poland (since 2007). Responsible for the Group Development Division and the EU Projects Office. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Aeronautics at Rzeszów University of Technology, where he earned a Master of Science in Engineering degree in 1994. He began his professional career in 1995 at COMP (now Asseco Poland), where he successively held the positions of Marketing Specialist, Director of Sales and Marketing, and Management Board Member (2004–2007).

From 2016 to 2024, he served as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Asseco Resovia. Between 2015 and 2023, he was a Member of the Supervisory Board of the Lithuanian company Sintagma.

He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors at Formula Systems and Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Nextbank Software. He is also a Member of the Supervisory Board at several companies, including Asseco Lietuva, Asseco Central Europe (Slovakia), Asseco Central Europe (Czech Republic), Asseco Innovation Fund, and Adesso Banking Solutions.

In addition, he is the President of the Management Board at GSTN Consulting and a Management Board Member at Asseco International.

Izabela Albrycht – Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board

Member of the Supervisory Board of Asseco Poland since 2017.
Political scientist, graduate of the Faculty of International and Political Studies at Jagiellonian University, as well as postgraduate studies in Public Relations at the Father Józef Tischner European University. She has many years of expert experience in topics related to cyber security and new technologies, as well as managing international projects.

In 2023, she assumed the position of Director of the Cyber Security Center at the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow. Since December 2021, she has been a Member of the Security and Defense Council within the National Development Council in the Office of the President of the Republic of Poland. Since 2016, he has been a Member of the Council for Digital Affairs, which is currently located at the Prime Minister’s Office of the Council of Ministers. In the 2016-2018 term, she was its Chairman. From 2020 to 2023, she was a Member of the NATO Advisory Group on New and Disruptive Technologies, for which she received the Bene Merito honorary decoration of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland. From 2020 to 2023, she was a Member of the Board of Directors of DIGITAL EUROPE as a joint representative of the Polish Chamber of Information Technology and Telecommunications (PIIT), the Digital Poland Association (ZIPSEE Digital Poland) and the National Chamber of Commerce for Electronics and Telecommunications (KIGEIT). She currently supports the organization’s activities within the Digital Resilience Executive Council. From 2010 to 2021 she served as President of the Kosciuszko Institute. She is Co-Founder of the European Cyber Security Forum – CYBERSEC and Chair of its Program Council.

In 2020, she initiated the Polish Cyber Security Cluster #CyberMadeInPoland, where she serves as Chair of the Advisory Board.


She is Co-Founder of Women4Cyber, an initiative inaugurated by the European Cyber Security Organization (ECSO) in Brussels. In 2017, she was named to the prestigious New Europe 100 Challengers list compiled by Financial Times Res Publica, Google and the International Visegrad Fund. In 2019, she was named one of Europe’s 50 Most Influential Women in Cybersecurity ranked by SC Media UK. She was part of the 2019-2020 Global Future Council on Cybersecurity at the World Economic Forum in Geneva.

She has co-authored reports, publications and analyses focusing on issues related to EU policies, international relations, cyber security and new technologies. She also currently serves as deputy editor-in-chief of Europen Cybersecurity Journal.
She has completed a course for Members of Supervisory Boards and Management Boards, certified by the Ministry of the Treasury, as well as professional training courses “Decision-making and Legislative Processes in the EU” and “Lisbon Treaty” at the European Parliament. She is an alumna of the prestigious the International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) of the US Department of State. From 2022 to 2024, she served as a Member of the Supervisory Board at National Defense Systems.


Since 2019, she has served as Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board at ComCERT.


She is a member of the Audit Committee of Asseco Poland. Izabela Albrycht meets the independence criteria set forth in Article 129 of the Act on Statutory Auditors, Audit Firms and Public Supervision of May 11, 2017, and set forth in the principles of Good Practices of Companies Listed on the WSE 2021.


She also has knowledge and skills in the industry in which Asseco Poland operates.
